The language spoken there would be mostly Greek and few in Turkish.

The family values in Cyprus are very important in their culture. Everyone is supposed to help everyone in the family, including the extended family to help their relatives. Both paternal and maternal grandfathers usually have a strong bond of connection with his grandchildren. The elders are very much respected and the children are always expected to take care of their parents when they age.
The proper etiquette in Cyprus culture would be the following:
Shaking of hands and maintain a smile and direct eye contact
Muslims don’t shake hands with women
Don’t call anyone in their first name unless you are invited to
In gatherings wait for the host to introduce you to other guests
When you leave, say goodbye to everybody before you leave
Gift Giving
Gift giving is not dependent on event
If invited in a Cypriot’s house, always bring a edible or consumable gift, could be pastries or the likes.
Don’t give white lilies as gifts because lilies are used in their funeral
Gifts shouldn’t be opened once received
Dining Etiquette
Shake everybody’s hands when arriving and leaving, this is a sign of respect to the owners of the house and to the guests
Dress casually but decent
After meals offer to help clearing out dishes and such
Always complement the house
